Arief Priyono

b. 1982, Indonesia

Studied photography at the Antara School of Journalism in Jakarta. His work has been published in NatGeo Traveler Indonesia, VICE, The Independent, The Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald, Der Spiegel, The Wall Street Journal and ABC News among others. In 2010 he was commissioned by Human Rights Watch International to document political prisoners in the Republic of the South Molucas (RMS). In 2013 & 2014 he received a scholarship to attend Training of Trainers at Erasmus Huis, Dutch Cultural Centre in Jakarta.
